Dear customer:
To track your package you need to have your Order ID Number OR Invoice Number. This number is generated by computer if you place your order only on line, and if you place your order by phone, you need to make sure that you get an order # from the representative.
To track your package you need to enter the Number Only (excluding any symbols) and click on "Track This Shipment"
